INTRODUCTION
The Fibonacci chart of Mathematics is where you begin with the number one and then keep adding numbers with the last two equaling the next number. Here it is below:
1 & 1 & 2 & 3 & 5 & 8 & 13 & 21 & 34 & 55 & 89 & etcetera.
One plus one equals 2; one plus two equals 3; two plus three equals 5; etcetera.
FIBONACCI IN NATURE
Examples are, a pineapple has 8 lines going right and 13 lines going left. Those are Fibonacci numbers. You would think the lines would be the same. A sunflower has 34 lines going counter-clockwise and 55 going clockwise. Those are Fibonacci numbers. This can be done throughout all of God’s creation. Pinecones, seashells, you name it. Meaning, we have a Designer.
Scientists hypothesized that there must be another planet beyond Uranus (all they could see at the time; 1700’s), because of the Fibonacci phenomena. One hundred years later the planet Neptune was discovered. Thus, it was determined that mathematics was not something that the scientists imposed upon the world. Rather, mathematics helps us to understand the fundamental structure of the world, space, and things around us we still cannot see. Meaning, there is a Designer.
Galileo stated (paraphrased): “When God created, He used the language of mathematics.”
