A) THE FETUS, A HUMAN BEING

Let me start off by stating, “If The Unborn Were Not Alive You Would Not Need Abortion In The First Place.”

One should be aware, as was first instituted in the state of Pennsylvania, that all women considering an abortion must be read to them the possible “serious complications that may occur:  Heavy or persistent bleeding; Infection of sepsis; Damage to the cervix; Scarring of the uterine lining; Perforation of the uterus; difficulty in having any more offspring; Damage to other organs; Abdominal pain and cramping; Nausea; Vomiting; Diarrhea; Spotting and bleeding; and very rare but possible death [let alone the death of the baby].”

Let’s get real!  Just because one aborts their baby does not mean they are no longer, or never were a mom.  No!  You are now a mom of a dead child.

The argument that pro-choice advocates usually site is, “The Fetus is just a clump of cells.”  This is a ridiculous statement, because, First, “Fetus” is a French word meaning, “Baby;” and Second, you can say to them, “So are you just a clump of cells.”  If they answer “Yes,” then the “Fetus” is also a person.”  If they say “No,” and try to explain how they are different from a “Fetus,” let them dig their own hole.  Plus, if they argue that the “Fetus” isn’t even born yet, you need to bring them back to, “What is a baby that is unborn?”

If they argue that the unborn is helpless and cannot live without the mother’s help, return with, “Do you think we should kill one and two-year-olds and the elderly that are helpless?”  When they answer “No.”  Then you can reason that crimes against the helpless is not a good argument for your position; because obviously the “Fetus” is helpless. And since the helpless need more care than a heathy 30-year-old, therefore the unborn should need to be cared for more than a 2-year-old.

However, any honest pro-choice person will admit that they believe that they have a right to murder their child.  Once they place no value on human life you can no longer reason with them.

Once you grant that the unborn is a human being -- formed by God, chosen by God, and loved by God -- than the baby has all the rights of any human.  The people that are pro-choice on abortion are not really pro-choice.  They are not pro-rape, pro-child abuse, pro-incest, etcetera.  They only use this phrase in order to eliminate anyone else’s position as non-valid compared to theirs.  In other words, your opinion does not matter.  You cannot legislate morality; God’s Law proves that.  But you can make the right choice.  You may have the right to do something, but that does not make it right to do so.

According to Psalm 139:16, God has known you from before you were even conceived: “Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in Thy Book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”

However, the CLEAREST EVIDENCE that a baby is alive and viable in the womb is found in Luke, Chapter One, verses 41-44, that clearly shows that John, a second trimester fetus, “the babe leaped in her womb,” Luke 1:41, and Jesus is a first trimester embryo, Who also “leaped in” Mary’s “womb for joy.”  Luke 1:44.

B) ANSWERS TO ABORTION ADVOCATES

The question is ALWAYS brought up, “What about Rape, Incest, or life of the mother?”  Not that most of them care for real figures and truth, and couldn’t-care-less (careless), but less than 2% fall into these categories.  In regards to “Rape or Incest,” the Rapist should be “forced” to pay for the upbringing of the life of the baby (whether adopted or not).  The “Life of the Mother,” should always come first, and should be determined by the doctor to preserve (life) which one.

Let’s approach the question this way.  What is wrong with rape?  The pro-abortionists will answer, it is a violation of my body.  And when they say that, they have just stepped into the pro-life position for crimes against the body of the baby.  Bottom line, you do not solve the victims of Rape by executing the baby.

In regards to “Life of the Mother,” once again the pro-abortionists are placing value on one human life, while ignoring the value of human life in regards to the baby.  Placing value upon any human life gives value to the baby.  Plus, the difference between a woman going to the hospital because of a threat to her life, and instead going to an abortionist in order to prevent a change of her lifestyle, does not justify that argument.  We should all be concerned with the two human lives that are on the operating table.  What we should be talking about here is a “Rescue Operation,” not an “Abortion Solution.”

The more common objection is YELLED out, “My Body My Choice.”  This is in actuality a Christian argument, in that there is something in a human being that has value (created in the image of God maybe?).  Thus, if you argue that human beings have “bodily autonomy,” than what is in the womb has “bodily autonomy.”  In other words, the pro-abortionist is refuting oneself with that chant.

Most importantly, ALWAYS start with the statement, “You cannot yell out My Body Has Value, when promoting that another one does not.”

Lastly, the poor arguments of, “Quality of Life, Poverty, and Birth Defects.”  First, I do not believe we should start killing poor people.  You might ask, “Why are you having sex outside of marriage in the first place?  Plus, the argument of “poor me” are Christian emotions.  And it is Christian emotions that want to adopt these unwanted mistakes or even defective human beings.  Plus, again, ask them, “What is wrong with being poor in their world view?”  Once again placing value upon any human being.

The argument that, “You’re a man, you have no concept of what it takes to be a woman, only women can talk about abortion issues.”  You might answer with, “Why are you assuming I’m a man?”  And now when they apologize for not knowing you are a woman, can you now say you have value and an opinion in this matter?  In other words, ALL human beings have value.

C) WHO FORMS THE BABY IN THE WOMB

Job 31:15:  “Did not He that made me in the womb make him? and did not One fashion us in the womb?”

Psalm 139:16:  “Thine eyes did see my substance. . . when as yet there was none of them” = In other words, “Before I existed, You knew me.”

Ecclesiastes 11:5:  “As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child:  even so thou knowest not the works of God Who maketh all.”

Isaiah 44:2:  “Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, My servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.”

Isaiah 44:24:  “Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, and He that formed thee from the womb, I Am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by Myself.”

Isaiah 49:5:  “And now, saith the LORD that formed me from the womb to be His servant, to bring Jacob again to Him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the LORD, and my God shall be my strength.”

Jeremiah 1:5:   “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”

D) GOD CONSIDERS THE BABY IN THE WOMB TO BE A PERSON THAT HAS THE SAME RIGHTS AS ANY LIVING BEING, i.e., “life for life.”

Genesis 25:23-24:  “And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.  And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.”

Exodus 21:22-23:  “If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow:  he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. [23] And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life. . .”

Job 3:11:  “Why died I not from the womb? why did I not give up the ghost when I came out of the belly?”

Job 10:18:  “Wherefore then hast Thou brought me forth out of the womb?  Oh that I had given up the ghost, and no eye had seen me!”

Psalm 22:9-10:  “But Thou art He that took me out of the womb:  Thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother’s breasts.  I was cast upon Thee from the womb:  Thou art my God from my mother’s belly.”

Psalm 139:13-14:  “For Thou hast possessed my reins:  Thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. [14] I will praise Thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:  marvellous are Thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

Proverb’s 31:2:  “What, my son? and what, the son of my womb? and what, the son of my vows?”

Isaiah 49:1:  “Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath He made mention of my name.”

Hosea 12:3:  “He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God.”

Luke 1:15:  “For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb.”

Luke 1:41 & 44:  “And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost. [44] For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.”

Galatians 1:15:  “But when it pleased God, Who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by His grace.”

Note:  See also these verses stating “with child.”  Genesis 16:11; 19:36; 38:24 & 25; Exodus 21:22; First Samuel 4:19; Second Samuel 11:5; Second Kings 8:12; 15:16; Ecclesiastes 11:5; Isaiah 26:17 & 18; 54:1; Jeremiah 30:6; 31:8; Hosea 13:16; Amos 1:13; Matthew 1:18 & 23; 24:19; Mark 13:17; Luke 2:5.

Therefore, we can clearly see that God considers the baby in the womb to be a living person.

E) GOD CONSIDERS THE BABY TO BE A PERSON AT CONCEPTION

Judges 13:5 & 7:  “[5] For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head:  for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb:  and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines. . . [7] But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing:  for the child shall be a Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death.”

Matthew 1:20:  “But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife:  for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.”

Luke 1:35:  “And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee:  therefore also that Holy Thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.”

F) DON’T CONSIDER ABORTION LEST THE LORD CONSIDER THIS

Hosea 9:14:  “Give them, O LORD:  what wilt Thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.”

G) GOD HAS A PLAN FOR ALL BABIES

Luke 1:13:  “But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias:  for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.”

Luke 1:31:  “And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a Son, and shalt call His name JESUS.”

Luke 2:21:  “And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, His name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before He was conceived in the womb.”
